REGION 1 PRESIDENT'S CUP RESULTS

The U13 Girls' team from Crusaders United Soccer Club coached by Greg Visinho represented Massachusetts Youth Soccer in the 2011 Region 1 President's Cup Championship. With a 3 - 0 - 0 record in the Preliminary Round of the tournament the Crusaders girls, advanced to the Championship rounds to face both of the strong teams from Eastern Pennsylvania. The Crusaders edged Lehigh Valley United in the Semi-final Round 2 - 1 to advance to the Finals. They then outlasted Hershey SC 4 - 3 in the Final to win the Region 1 Championship. In its run through the tournament the Crusaders United SC girls scored 20 goals and allowed only 5.
